What Does Stream Proof Mean for Apex Legends Software?

One thing I noticed on the Apex Legends product listing is that it includes a feature called Stream Proof.

What exactly does that mean in this context?

Does the product documentation explain what the feature covers, or is it just a label? I'd rather know the precise meaning instead of assuming it works with every streaming program, recording method and setup.

Also, being streamproof and being undetected by a game's anti-cheat sound like two completely different claims to me.

    That last point is important. A claim about streaming or capture shouldn't automatically be treated as a claim about anti-cheat detection.

    Does the product page provide a technical explanation, or does it just list Stream Proof as a feature?

    The listing gives the feature name, but that alone isn't enough to establish every detail. I'd ask support for a current explanation before relying on it.

    Also depends what the person asking actually needs. Live broadcasts, local recordings and screenshots aren't necessarily the same scenario.

    That's why I hate vague product wording. Give people an actual definition and clear limitations instead of letting everyone fill in the blanks.
